photometadata.net is run by Pond Software. The fastest way to reach us is by email — we read everything, and corrections to the guides are especially welcome.
We aim to reply within a few business days. There is no contact form and no account to create — a plain email is all it takes.
What to write about
- Corrections. If a field name, tag number, or command on any guide looks wrong, tell us which page and what you saw. Getting the details right matters to us.
- Questions about your own photos. If a tag is confusing you, describe what the metadata viewer showed and we will try to help you make sense of it.
- Feedback and suggestions. Missing a device, a platform, or a guide you wish existed? Let us know.
- Business and press. Partnership or media enquiries reach the same address.
One thing we cannot do
We cannot recover metadata from a photo you have already stripped, and we have no copy of any file you have used with the tools — everything runs in your browser, so nothing is ever sent to or stored on our servers. If a platform removed the data on upload, the original file on your own device is the only place it still exists.
